    The writer makes it seem so simple, however some of the hurdles he mentioned will stop you dead in your tracks. Getting a tax number and getting licensed by some states is also costly, requiring extra fees for a name search and getting agent to represent you before being allowed to apply for a license.
    Those are two mandatory requirements in my state. Typical government red tape that is unfriendly to small businesses.
